Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lucas Couet kicked off to start the match. Lucas Couet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rico Stringer having to interfere. Chi McKee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Terrence Mooney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucas Couet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rico Stringer having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Kluahne AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonso Gamble to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Kluahne AFC's goalkeeper Vern Benoit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jay Fitzpatrick. 36 minutes into the match, Monitor's Chi McKee sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vern Benoit narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rico Stringer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Dean, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The wind increased when Chi McKee made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Jay Fitzpatrick notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Kluahne AFC's Vern Benoit. Vern Benoit was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Damien Hammer hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Lucas Couet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rico Stringer was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Monitor's Rico Stringer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Couet in the 63rd minute of play. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Monitor's goalkeeper Rico Stringer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucas Couet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rico Stringer having to interfere. Terrence Mooney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Rico Stringer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Chi McKee came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Monitor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chi McKee couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Kluahne AFC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Lucas Couet hit a great ball. Vern Benoit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chi McKee in the 77th minute of the match. Lorenzo Dean kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Monitor's Christophe Pratt couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 80th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kluahne AFC. Rico Stringer came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kluahne AFC's Lorenzo Dean. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Dean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Monitor's Rico Stringer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Monitor from getting a goal against them. The Monitor supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kluahne AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Kluahne AFC.
