Red Deer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franklyn Forbes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rickie Aragon in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sidney Brady saved Ennadai from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rickie Aragon in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sidney Brady prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Cristopher Brady fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ennadai's protests and gave Cristopher Brady a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes Ennadai got a freekick which was hit by Cristopher Brady. Ennadai's Sidney Brady played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Montano in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franklyn Forbes in the 35th minute of play forced Ennadai's goalkeeper Sidney Brady to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sidney Brady showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chong Waddell in the 37th minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Joel Montano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sidney Brady. Ennadai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Montano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Joel Montano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidney Brady having to interfere. If Tyrone Fitzpatrick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sidney Brady was a little too slow when Percy Maher got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-2. Franklyn Forbess short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Sidney Brady to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Rickie Aragon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
