To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brendon Root might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vern Benoit. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brendon Root ran back to his position shaking his head. If Quinn Zeigler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 played minutes Kluahne AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Gamble. 20 minutes in the game, Lucas Couet fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sidney Brady having to interfere. Kluahne AFC were furious when Salvador Lachapelle was red carded, 27 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Kluahne AFC:s Vern Benoit showed great skill when he stopped Sherman Roper:s penalty. With his leg Sidney Brady managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Kluahne AFC's Terrence Mooney fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 38th minute, Lorenzo Dean got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ennadai fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Terrence Mooney stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Wilfred Plummer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute of the match Rupert Xiong shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sidney Brady showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kluahne AFC's Terrence Mooney got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 66th minute, Quinn Zeigler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Terrence Mooney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Sidney Brady tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Dean kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Kluahne AFC's Terrence Mooney got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfonso Gamble struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Sidney Brady didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kluahne AFC.
