Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Denny Obrien got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bridgewater AFC's zone, Kerry Wilkes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerome Holden came out of the goal and Kerry Wilkes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lonny Patenaude struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Jimmy Chicoine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bridgewater AFC. Jimmy Chicoine made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Lonny Patenaude sent off a good shot on target. Revelstoke AFC's Jimmy Chicoine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denny Obrien in the 14th minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Lonny Patenaude cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jimmy Chicoine was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jimmy Chicoine made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lonny Patenaude in the 25th minute. Lonny Patenaude received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jimmy Chicoine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denny Obrien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmy Chicoine having to interfere. Jerome Holden came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Revelstoke AFC's Kerry Wilkes. But to his dismay, Kerry Wilkes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Michael Barnes to make the kick off. 1-3 became the score in the 61st minute when Michael Barnes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Denny Obrien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Denny Obrien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmy Chicoine having to interfere. In the 74th minute of the match, Michael Barnes tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jerome Holden saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Revelstoke AFC's goalkeeper Jimmy Chicoine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lonny Patenaude received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Jimmy Chicoine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michael Barnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Bridgewater AFC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Stan Cottrell hit a great ball. The Bridgewater AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Revelstoke AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Revelstoke AFC.
