Spectators: 6720 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jackie Putnam took the kick off in the first half of the match. Trenton Rosas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Warren Allen in the 3rd minute of the match. Ethan Lozano hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. If Josef Tinsley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the match, Josef Tinsley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frances Vance. Colpton FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Josef Tinsley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, Colpton FC's Hyman Richter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Trenton Rosas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Sevenpersons AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rex Reyes to maneuver through the defense. Trenton Rosas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Barrière, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, Josef Tinsley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Josef Tinsley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Colpton FC's zone, Jackie Putnam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frances Vance came out of the goal and Jackie Putnam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th match minute, Colpton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Barrière to maneuver through the defense. Sevenpersons AFC's Josef Tinsley got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hyman Richter made a kick off. When Rex Reyes fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sevenpersons AFC's protests and gave Rex Reyes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th minute of the match André Bourque sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frances Vance skillfully saved the ball. Trenton Rosas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hyman Richter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Hyman Richter fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Trenton Rosas, passed just outside the right post. If Jackie Putnam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Colpton FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Nicolas Barrière hit a great ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Jackie Putnam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sevenpersons AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jackie Putnam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Warren Allen got free with Trenton Rosas in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Trenton Rosas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hyman Richter in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sevenpersons AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colpton FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
