Spectators: 6718 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hyman Richter got the match started through his kick off. After 4 minutes, Nicolas Barrière mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colpton FC and the Bridgewater AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Colpton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Barrière to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Colpton FC's goalkeeper Frances Vance had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lonny Patenaude. Jerome Holden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Warren Allen in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Bridgewater AFC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Dario Dodson hit a great ball. In the 17th minute Hyman Richter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerome Holden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match Dario Dodson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frances Vance skillfully saved the ball. Jerome Holden took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hyman Richter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bridgewater AFC's Lonny Patenaude got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Lonny Patenaude had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 played minutes Colpton FC got a freekick which was hit by Maxwell Merritt. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colpton FC's goalkeeper Frances Vance, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Renard McAllister hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Ali Brunault, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denny Obrien to make the kick off. Hyman Richter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerome Holden having to interfere. Hyman Richter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerome Holden made an important save on a dangerous shot by Warren Allen in the 60th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Colpton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lonny Patenaude came free, but Frances Vance reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nicolas Barrière was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. Nicolas Barrière hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colpton FC's goalkeeper Frances Vance, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 75 minutes, Maxwell Merritt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colpton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maxwell Merritt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maxwell Merritt charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maxwell Merritt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bridgewater AFC booed when Colpton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxwell Merritt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frances Vance showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denny Obrien, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 82nd match minute, Colpton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hyman Richter to maneuver through the defense. Warren Allen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Jerome Holden made a huge save. Frances Vance took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lonny Patenaude, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Colpton FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
