Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hyman Richter got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Ponoka AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thibault Seymour to maneuver through the defense. Frances Vance took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dee Engel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute, Colpton FC's Arnaud Malone seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Arnaud Malone the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Colpton FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arnaud Malone had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Ponoka AFC. Dong Calderon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Frances Vance. 0-1. 12 minutes into the game, Ponoka AFC's Dee Engel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frances Vance made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After 18 played minutes Colpton FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Barrière. After having played for 26 minutes, Dee Engel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ponoka AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dee Engel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Norman Ritchie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frances Vance was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Norman Ritchie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frances Vance having to interfere. Warren Allen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ponoka AFC booed when Colpton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Brunault didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ponoka AFC's Thibault Seymour got a free kick in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Ponoka AFC's Bennie Berg got a free kick in the 41st minute. If Dee Engel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Norman Ritchie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ponoka AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Norman Ritchie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frances Vance breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Colpton FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ponoka AFC were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Norman Ritchie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norman Ritchie in the 53rd minute of play forced Colpton FC's goalkeeper Frances Vance to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norman Ritchie got free with Frances Vance in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rudy Plummer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Warren Allen, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Colpton FC's Frances Vance proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Colpton FC from getting a goal against them. Warren Allen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dee Engel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Frances Vance made a huge save. 72 minutes into the game, Dee Engel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Frances Vance. Dee Engel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. After 76 played minutes Colpton FC got a freekick which was hit by Cedrick Talley. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bennie Berg during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Ponoka AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bennie Berg to maneuver through the defense. Frances Vance was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Norman Ritchie showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 82 minute of play. When Norman Ritchie came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Ponoka AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norman Ritchie couldn't finish the play. Dee Engel took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frances Vance. Frances Vance dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Frances Vance didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norman Ritchie went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. When the match was over Ponoka AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Colpton FC throughout the match.
