When Sébastien Weathers came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Keoma fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sébastien Weathers couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute Rudolph Rubin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvis Lafontaine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elvis Lafontaine stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sébastien Weathers's shot from short distance in the 102nd minute. Chants of Qausuittuq AFC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Keoma had held the ball for most of the match.
