Spectators: 6724 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Barthélémy Miner took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 14 minutes of play, Tignish AFC's Barthélémy Miner made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Theo Lemons was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Barthélémy Miner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacinto Dubois received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jefferey Pearson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Keven Kane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jefferey Pearson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Theo Lemons made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barthélémy Miner in the 31st minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Wardlow's Jacinto Dubois sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jefferey Pearson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Boyd Pomerleau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicholas Campos during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 42 played minutes Wardlow got a freekick which was hit by Nicholas Campos. When Marc Lafrenière fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tignish AFC's protests and gave Marc Lafrenière a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wardlow booed when Tignish AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marc Lafrenière didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Keven Kane to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Barthélémy Miner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tignish AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barthélémy Miner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kirby Bacon kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Wardlow's Marcellus Crow couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 56th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Tignish AFC. 58 minutes into the game, Keven Kane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wardlow's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tignish AFC the free kick. Keven Kane kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Boyd Pomerleau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tignish AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Boyd Pomerleau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Theo Lemons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barthélémy Miner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barthélémy Miner took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Theo Lemons. Theo Lemons dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 73rd minute Keven Kane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jefferey Pearson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Keven Kane came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Wardlow fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keven Kane couldn't finish the play. After 76 minutes of play Tignish AFC's Kirby Bacon was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 77 played minutes Tignish AFC got a freekick which was hit by Kirby Bacon. With a little luck, Tignish AFC's Jefferey Pearson got control of the ball when Jacinto Dubois tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jacinto Dubois fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jefferey Pearson having to interfere. If Marc Lafrenière had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Jacinto Dubois had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jefferey Pearson. Tignish AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacinto Dubois was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. In the 93rd match minute, Tignish AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Talbot to maneuver through the defense. Tignish AFC's Jefferey Pearson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keven Kane in the 94th minute of play.
