Spectators: 6724 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 0) Ramiro Grubb was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 3rd minute. Davidson FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Garth Bassett sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davidson FC's Esmé Britt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Vasquez in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mississauga's Noel Bond got a free kick in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Mississauga's Santiago Harrington got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 19 played minutes Mississauga got a freekick which was hit by Roscoe Kohler. Ramiro Grubb had several of the Mississauga's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Eugène Noble as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 29th minute, Roscoe Kohler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Garth Bassett might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eugène Noble. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Garth Bassett ran back to his position shaking his head. Ramiro Grubb recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Garth Bassett could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Eugène Noble made a huge save. Eugène Noble took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Grubb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramiro Grubb to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd play minute Roland Vasquez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Esmé Britt. 1-1. Ramiro Grubb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugène Noble having to interfere. A hard shot 61 in the game by Roland Vasquez from a close distance when the talented Esmé Britt managed to make a qualified save. Davidson FC's players were relieved. When Garth Bassett came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Davidson FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garth Bassett couldn't finish the play. If Roland Vasquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mississauga's Eugène Noble played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Grubb in the 76th minute of play. With his leg Esmé Britt managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Mississauga's Roland Vasquez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Davidson FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Esmé Britt, was totally fooled by Mississauga's Noel Bond, who 82 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Eugène Noble showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Garth Bassett in the 90th minute of the match. Ramiro Grubb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Eugène Noble tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garth Bassett struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Eugène Noble didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Davidson FC. Davidson FC's Esmé Britt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save Davidson FC from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enoch Esparza during the 99th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
