After 8 played minutes, Snowden FC's Guillermo Grant shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Constant Rector came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Snowden FC reached it. Harley Rivers struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Constant Rector didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Snowden FC. In the 17th minute, Roger Connell made a precise shot to the right of Constant Rector. Keene FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Jonah Lavoie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eldridge Kendall was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Bradly Cantu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonah Lavoie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eldridge Kendall having to interfere. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Snowden FC's goalkeeper Eldridge Kendall, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bradly Cantu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilber Harden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Eldridge Kendall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesaire Parish made a kick off. Snowden FC's Eldridge Kendall proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Snowden FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Cesaire Parish's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Constant Rector was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. After 66 minutes of play Keene FC's Wilber Harden was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Wilber Harden hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harley Rivers in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constant Rector saved Keene FC from getting behind. Jonah Lavoie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonah Lavoies short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Eldridge Kendall to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Harley Rivers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eldridge Kendall made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Jonah Lavoie sent off a good shot on target. Eugenio Lacroix charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugenio Lacroix the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of Snowden FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Keene FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 92 minutes, Keene FC's Hiram Pritchard got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Eldridge Kendall. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonah Lavoie got free with Eldridge Kendall in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
