Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Timothée Casgrain started the match with the kick off. Greg Sherwood kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Wrigley's corner Dorian Leblanc fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Milan Huard quite easily take care of the ball. In the 11th minute, Paulatuk AFC's Gautier Wheeler ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tom Donnelly. Tom Donnelly yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Timothée Casgrain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tom Donnelly made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Dino Hunt sent off a good shot on target. Dino Hunt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Tom Donnelly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raleigh Allain's late challenge caught a Paulatuk AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raleigh Allain helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, Wrigley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raleigh Allain to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Terence Christensen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wrigley's Tom Donnelly proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Wrigley from getting a goal against them. Tom Donnelly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gautier Wheeler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Paulatuk AFC booed when Wrigley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Leblanc didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulatuk AFC's Albert Perreault couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Wrigley. Gautier Wheeler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Dino Hunt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paulatuk AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dino Hunt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tom Donnelly breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gautier Wheeler made a kick off. If Dino Hunt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, Dino Hunt made a precise shot to the right of Tom Donnelly. Wrigley's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Paulatuk AFC's Dino Hunt got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tom Donnelly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gautier Wheeler in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th minute of the match Paulatuk AFC got a corner. Wrigley's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Albert Perreault ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Dino Hunt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paulatuk AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dino Hunt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tom Donnelly breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albert Perreault hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Tom Donnelly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gautier Wheeler in the 85th minute of play. Tom Donnelly showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gautier Wheeler, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Gautier Wheeler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Paulatuk AFC booed when Wrigley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buford Gould didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulatuk AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
