Kenogami
Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Keene FC's zone, Johnnie Otero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constant Rector came out of the goal and Johnnie Otero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Davignon hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Gary Stein reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Constant Rector. The goal made the score 1-0. If Bradly Cantu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonah Lavoie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alejandro Ingram read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johnnie Otero in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constant Rector saved Keene FC from getting behind. In the 38th minute Gary Stein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constant Rector saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot 40 in the game by Johnnie Otero from a close distance when the talented Constant Rector managed to make a qualified save. Keene FC's players were relieved. Wilber Harden's late challenge caught a Kenogami's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wilber Harden helped the player get up and apologised. After 40 played minutes Keene FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilber Harden. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Gary Stein took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Constant Rector to make any attempt to save it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gary Stein to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonah Lavoie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Alejandro Ingram made a huge save. If Gary Stein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Gary Stein ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Constant Rector was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 64th minute, Jonah Lavoie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 66 minutes into the match, Keene FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gary Stein came free, but Constant Rector reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Johnnie Otero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute Gary Stein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constant Rector saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bradly Cantu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Alejandro Ingram tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Kenogami was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Fletcher to maneuver through the defense. Alejandro Ingram showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bradly Cantu, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Bradly Cantu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Alejandro Ingram was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 80th minute, Fredrick Grignon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Johnnie Otero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Constant Rector showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johnnie Otero, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Bradly Cantu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Ingram having to interfere. Kenogami's Johnnie Otero got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gary Stein blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Constant Rector having to make a save. Bradly Cantu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kenogami fans cheered their team off the field, for while Keene FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
