An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Bray in the 7th minute of play forced Snowden FC's goalkeeper Eldridge Kendall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesaire Parish struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Eugène Curran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Snowden FC. After 17 played minutes Snowden FC got a freekick which was hit by Enoch Acosta. Milton Elkins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Milton Elkins might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eldridge Kendall. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milton Elkins ran back to his position shaking his head. Edmundo Bray blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eldridge Kendall having to make a save. Roger Connell's late challenge caught a Sorel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roger Connell helped the player get up and apologised. After 25 played minutes Snowden FC got a freekick which was hit by Roger Connell. After recieving a nice pass, Sorel's Dylan Aviles tried to score from far away in the 26th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Kelly Stephens charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kelly Stephens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eugène Curran made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Harley Rivers sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd minute, Harley Rivers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Harley Rivers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sorel booed when Snowden FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harley Rivers didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Guillermo Grant fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Snowden FC's protests and gave Guillermo Grant a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Cesaire Parish made the kick off in the second half. Snowden FC's Eldridge Kendall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Bray in the 56th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milton Elkins got free with Eldridge Kendall in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute, Julius Hannah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the match, Snowden FC's goalkeeper Eldridge Kendall had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milton Elkins. Kelly Stephens hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Val Chavis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eldridge Kendall skillfully saved the ball. Milton Elkins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eldridge Kendall having to interfere. Eloy Rudolph hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesaire Parish in the 81st minute of play forced Sorel's goalkeeper Eugène Curran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 minutes of play, Sorel's Milton Elkins made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eldridge Kendall was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eldridge Kendall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Bray in the 87th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Snowden FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Bray came free, but Eldridge Kendall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Snowden FC! The goalkeeper, Eldridge Kendall, was totally fooled by Sorel's Dylan Aviles, who 93 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Julius Hannah's late challenge caught a Sorel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julius Hannah helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Julius Hannah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
