Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Russell Gingras made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 played minutes Garson AFC got a freekick which was hit by Quintin Plouffe. In the 6th minute, Russell Gingras fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Raymond Calloway, passed just outside the right post. When Isidro Honeycutt came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Aurora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidro Honeycutt couldn't finish the play. In the 17thth minute of the game Russell Gingras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Garson AFC's Raymond Calloway was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd match minute, Garson AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Forest Oneil to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Forest Oneil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Corpeño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raymond Calloway stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Russell Gingras's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Theo Morton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aurora's supporters rose to their feet, but Theo Morton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raymond Calloway breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Russell Gingras struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Raymond Calloway didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aurora. After a defensive mix-up in Garson AFC's zone, Russell Gingras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raymond Calloway came out of the goal and Russell Gingras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Theo Morton during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, Theo Morton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes, Garson AFC's Quintin Plouffe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jorge Corpeño came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Garson AFC reached it. In the 42nd minute of the match Malcom Herron sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Corpeño skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Russell Gingras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aurora's supporters crossed their fingers, but Russell Gingras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the last second Raymond Calloway throw himself and got hold of the ball when Russell Gingras in the 46thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 48 minutes into the game, Russell Gingras lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Raymond Calloway. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Goodrich stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Aurora's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Goodrich came free, but Jorge Corpeño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aurora's Jorge Corpeño played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Goodrich in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Goodrich in the 62nd minute of play forced Aurora's goalkeeper Jorge Corpeño to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Russell Gingras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raymond Calloway was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Normand Mullen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Calloway having to interfere. Raymond Calloway came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Aurora's Russell Gingras. But to his dismay, Russell Gingras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 74th match minute, Aurora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Sicard to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Garson AFC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Romain McMahon hit a great ball. With a little luck, Aurora's Jorge Corpeño got control of the ball when Forest Oneil tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Russell Gingras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raymond Calloway was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. In the 82nd minute Leo Goodrich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Corpeño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Malcolm Booth fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aurora's protests and gave Malcolm Booth a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Aurora getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Malcolm Booth hit a great ball. Jorge Corpeño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Goodrich in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Aurora's Anibal Sicard seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Anibal Sicard the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Aurora protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Anibal Sicard had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Whitney Monjeau placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Jorge Corpeño made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Forest Oneil sent off a good shot on target. Theo Morton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Raymond Calloway tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Corpeño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Goodrich in the 97th minute of play. In the 100th minute, Theo Morton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Aurora fully deserved thier win.
