The audience was convinced that Bob LondeLalonde's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raymond Calloway was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. When Jefferson Wilcox came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Sointula AFC fans jumped to their feet. Raymond Calloway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jefferson Wilcox in the 32nd minute of play. Raymond Calloway showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jefferson Wilcox in the 36th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the game, Quintin Plouffe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garson AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sointula AFC the free kick. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jefferson Wilcox to make the kick off. Raymond Calloway made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Bob LondeLalonde sent off a good shot on target. Emanuel Escobar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, Quintin Plouffe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Burton Ott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Garson AFC's Raymond Calloway proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Garson AFC from getting a goal against them. If Bob LondeLalonde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bob LondeLalonde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Garson AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
