Spectators: 6722 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) Franklin Bourget made the kick off and thus started the match. Yale's Mohammad Hartley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lenny Bullard in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franklin Bourget in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paul Rowe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Lenny Bullard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mohammad Hartley was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. A collision led to Yale getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jon Ledford hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jamel Morton in the 16th minute of play forced Yale's goalkeeper Mohammad Hartley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Hazeldean's zone, Ethan Harrell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Rowe came out of the goal and Ethan Harrell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 29 minutes on the clock, Corin Medley commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee gave Hazeldean a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Antoine Delacruz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Yale's Mohammad Hartley. 2-1. Ethan Harrell could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Paul Rowe made a huge save. Mohammad Hartley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamel Morton in the 43rd minute of the match.

When Hazeldean's Lenny Bullard in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Yale's goalie prevented a goal. Ethan Harrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Paul Rowe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jon Ledford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Rowe having to interfere. Loup Oneill hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Mohammad Hartley stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lenny Bullard's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. If Ethan Harrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jamel Morton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lenny Bullard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ethan Harrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Rowe having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Yale fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hazeldean had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
