After 35 played minutes Bellakula got a freekick which was hit by Sherwood Calloway. If Gregory Brousseau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georges Quessy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Étienne Lawrence. Bellakula's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Étienne Lawrence showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bobbie Kim, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Bellakula's Étienne Lawrence played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raphael Ouellet in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bellakula's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Raphael Ouellet was slow to take the kick. During this time JUVENTUS FC's players had a chance to rest. In the 46th minute, Thomas Ellis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luc Khan was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raphael Ouellet got free with Étienne Lawrence in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of JUVENTUS FC booed when Bellakula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgil Bowers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luc Khan kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When Raphael Ouellet came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the JUVENTUS FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raphael Ouellet couldn't finish the play. When the match was over JUVENTUS FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bellakula throughout the match.
