Gregg Isaac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th match minute, Hardisty AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Kendall to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Dorion AFC booed when Hardisty AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugène Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorion AFC were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Hardisty AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leo Keller took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antione Archer in the 15th minute of play forced Hardisty AFC's goalkeeper Boris Bergeron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hardisty AFC's Gregg Isaac got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Jospeh Brochu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacob Heard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregg Isaac in the 23rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Dorion AFC defense, Jospeh Brochu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacob Heard. The Dorion AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacob Heard should have stopped the shot. Hardisty AFC's Boris Bergeron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antione Archer in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dorion AFC's goalkeeper Jacob Heard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 34th minute Antione Archer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boris Bergeron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Emanuel Dominguez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hardisty AFC's goalkeeper Boris Bergeron, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Gregg Isaac ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacob Heard was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After the first half Hardisty AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gregg Isaac stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jospeh Brochu struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Jacob Heard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hardisty AFC. When Jospeh Brochu came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Hardisty AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jospeh Brochu couldn't finish the play. Hardisty AFC's Jospeh Brochu got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Dorion AFC's Cecil Foote seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cecil Foote the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dorion AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cecil Foote had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 61 minutes into the game, one of Dorion AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Hardisty AFC a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eugène Silva, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Dorion AFC's Jacob Heard. 0-3. Jacob Heard didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Hardisty AFC's Jospeh Brochu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Lonny Dove kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Emanuel Dominguez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gregg Isaac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacob Heard having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, Dorion AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antione Archer to maneuver through the defense. In the 100th minute, Dorion AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gregg Isaac fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hardisty AFC played a much better game than Dorion AFC and deserved their victory. The Dorion AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
