Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacques Labbé to make the kick off. In the 63rd minute, Achille Bunch reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rich Lane. The goal made the score 1-3. When Chester Roe fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester United's protests and gave Chester Roe a yellow card for diving instead. Chester Roe kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 78 minutes in the game Lucas Ruff after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Rich Lane. A very good opportunity. 80 minutes into the match, Maxville's Jordon Covillon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rich Lane narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Trenton Farmer got in the 90th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Rich Lane. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-4. Maxville's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
