Spectators: 6737 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Achille Bunch got the match started through his kick off. Abdul Nesbitt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordon Covillon in the 7th minute of the match. Achille Bunch's late challenge caught a Matheson FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Achille Bunch helped the player get up and apologised. Achille Bunch hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordon Covillon in the 11th minute of play forced Matheson FC's goalkeeper Abdul Nesbitt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Maxville's zone, Marty Cardenas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guillaume Muniz came out of the goal and Marty Cardenas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Matheson FC's Marty Cardenas in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Maxville's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Matheson FC's Danial Ramirez got a free kick in the 27th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Achille Bunch in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdul Nesbitt saved Matheson FC from getting behind. Lawerence Scales's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Guillaume Muniz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Marty Cardenas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jordon Covillon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes Matheson FC got a freekick which was hit by Vince Bridges. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Marty Cardenas made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Lawerence Scales notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Maxville's Guillaume Muniz. Guillaume Muniz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Maxville getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Achille Bunch hit a great ball. In the 58th match minute, Matheson FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Léonard Zamora to maneuver through the defense. Lawerence Scales blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guillaume Muniz having to make a save. In the 62nd minute, Lucas Ruff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lawerence Scales recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Matheson FC booed when Maxville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kirk Aucoin didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 73rd minute of the match Lucas Ruff completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lucas Ruff a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Lucas Ruff hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute Marty Cardenas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillaume Muniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guillaume Muniz came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Matheson FC's Marty Cardenas. But to his dismay, Marty Cardenas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 91 minutes into the match, Maxville's goal looked a bit too open when Lawerence Scales came free, but Guillaume Muniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Marty Cardenas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillaume Muniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th match minute, Maxville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Wood to maneuver through the defense. Marty Cardenas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillaume Muniz having to interfere. Maxville's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
