Spectators: 6732 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marty Cardenas got the match started through his kick off. Abdul Nesbitt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfonzo Abrams's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. 6 minutes into the match, Matheson FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonzo Abrams came free, but Abdul Nesbitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Matheson FC booed when Beebe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renaud Bowers didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 9 played minutes Beebe got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Grossman. Robbie Goodson kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Lawerence Scales received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bernie Arroyo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th match minute, Beebe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renaud Bowers to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Matheson FC's Marty Cardenas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernie Arroyo. Bernie Arroyo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jimmie Gorman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Abdul Nesbitt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beebe's Alfonzo Abrams got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abdul Nesbitt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmie Gorman in the 32nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Marty Cardenas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matheson FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marty Cardenas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernie Arroyo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marty Cardenas struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Bernie Arroyo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matheson FC. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimmie Gorman made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Beebe's goal looked a bit too open when Olen Rubio came free, but Bernie Arroyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Matheson FC's zone, Alfonzo Abrams stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdul Nesbitt came out of the goal and Alfonzo Abrams tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 55 minutes into the match, Beebe's goal looked a bit too open when Marty Cardenas came free, but Bernie Arroyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lawerence Scales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Matheson FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmie Gorman came free, but Abdul Nesbitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marty Cardenas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the match, Beebe's goal looked a bit too open when Lawerence Scales came free, but Bernie Arroyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimmie Gorman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danial Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernie Arroyo having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lawerence Scales in the 73rd minute of play forced Beebe's goalkeeper Bernie Arroyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdul Nesbitt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonzo Abrams in the 74th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Alfonzo Abrams managed to get in a good position for a shot. After a rather tough play, Matheson FC's Vince Bridges got a free kick in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Matheson FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jimmie Gorman came free, but Abdul Nesbitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matheson FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
