In the 20th match minute, Niagara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norman Beauchamp to maneuver through the defense. Ronny Sapp hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Rolando Bondy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Milo Kaplan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Salvador Medina was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Bath's zone, Léonce Cummings stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Medina came out of the goal and Léonce Cummings tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rolando Bondy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Ashley Storey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Norman Beauchamp hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Valentin Crane recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Salvador Medina successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Crane was the one to do the kick off. Bath's Salvador Medina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milo Kaplan in the 56th minute of play. In the 71st minute of the match, Valentin Crane tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ashley Storey saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Valentin Crane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Napoleon Patton got his second yellow card in the match during the 81st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. If Milo Kaplan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niagara FC's Ronny Sapp got his second yellow card of the match in the 85th minute. The referee ordered Ronny Sapp off the ground. In the 86th minute, Ronny Sapp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Geoffroi Ragland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute.
