Spectators: 6728 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Wiley Hester took the kick off in the first half of the match. Léonard Starnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lyman Huff having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Perry Wiley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Keewatin's supporters rose to their feet, but Perry Wiley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lyman Huff breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Clondyke AFC's Lyman Huff got control of the ball when Léonard Starnes tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 15th minute, Warner Rangel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roy Tabor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiley Hester in the 21st minute of play. If Perry Wiley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th of the match, Perry Wiley tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Lyman Huff got in the way and made a wonderful save. Perry Wiley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Lyman Huff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Keewatin's Roy Tabor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burt Salinas in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Perry Wiley made the kick off in the second half. If Wiley Hester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clondyke AFC's Burt Salinas got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Perry Wiley fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Keewatin's protests and gave Perry Wiley a yellow card for diving instead. Perry Wiley kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Clondyke AFC's Burt Salinas got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miguel Thurston was slow to take the kick. During this time Clondyke AFC's players had a chance to rest. Léonard Starnes's late challenge caught a Clondyke AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Léonard Starnes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, Wiley Hester got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute, one of Keewatin:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Keewatin. The goalkeeper, Roy Tabor, was totally fooled by Clondyke AFC's Miguel Thurston, who 89 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Patrick Lazure managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clondyke AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Patrick Lazure was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keewatin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Léonard Starnes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 99th minute, Patrick Lazure hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
