Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Brett Dale notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ceylon AF's Herman Healy. Herman Healy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 10th minute of the match Neville Larkin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erasmo Boswell skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Ceylon AF defense, Bert Suggs kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Herman Healy. The Ceylon AF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Herman Healy should have stopped the shot. If Brett Dale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vespasien Kiser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Boswell having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Ceylon AF's Justin Course nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erasmo Boswell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After 26 played minutes Ceylon AF got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Battle. Herman Healy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louis Tinsley, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Macklin FC's goalkeeper Erasmo Boswell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justin Course. Justin Course received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Erasmo Boswell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Randall Barney kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vespasien Kiser to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Vespasien Kiser shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Boswell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vespasien Kiser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erasmo Boswell having to interfere. Bert Suggs hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Justin Course left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ceylon AF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. After 61 played minutes, Ceylon AF's Neville Larkin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erasmo Boswell came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ceylon AF reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vespasien Kiser in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erasmo Boswell saved Macklin FC from getting behind. 67 minutes into the game, Justin Course cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Erasmo Boswell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st match minute, Macklin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Murray Vaughn to maneuver through the defense. After 78 minutes, Vespasien Kiser made it 5-2 with a short kick to the right side. Macklin FC's Erasmo Boswell tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clemente Battle during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Clemente Battle hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After 88 minutes, Justin Course made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. Macklin FC's Erasmo Boswell tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 92nd minute, Vespasien Kiser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ceylon AF booed when Macklin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Randall Barney didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Ceylon AF were the better team. Ceylon AF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
