Cleveland Zepeda hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Cobden AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Milo Ballard came free, but Frédéric Mayberry reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Buckhorn FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Jerold Dubois hit a great ball. Marcel Labrosse took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chase Beck. Chase Beck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Cobden AFC's Xavier Rosales got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute, Lionel Altman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Milo Ballard in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frédéric Mayberry prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cleveland Zepeda hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the game, Milo Ballard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Frédéric Mayberry was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Garret Lamothe came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Cobden AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garret Lamothe couldn't finish the play. Marcel Labrosse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Cobden AFC's Garret Lamothe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chase Beck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Buckhorn FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Jerold Dubois hit a great ball. Malcom Merchant was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Milo Ballard to strike the kick off in the second half. Jerold Dubois's late challenge caught a Cobden AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerold Dubois helped the player get up and apologised. In the 55th minute, Andres Clements got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute, Marcel Labrosse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marcel Labrosse blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chase Beck having to make a save. Lionel Altman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Frédéric Mayberry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th match minute, Cobden AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Rosales to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Cobden AFC's goalkeeper Frédéric Mayberry had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lionel Altman. In the 68th minute Milo Ballard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frédéric Mayberry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Garret Lamothe notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Buckhorn FC's Chase Beck. Chase Beck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Cobden AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Buckhorn FC:s goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Lionel Altman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buckhorn FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lionel Altman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frédéric Mayberry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frédéric Mayberry made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milo Ballard in the 86th minute of play. Marcel Labrosse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chase Beck having to interfere. Chase Beck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Garret Lamothe went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Xavier Rosales kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Frédéric Mayberry made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Lionel Altman sent off a good shot on target. Cobden AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Buckhorn FC for a fine match.
