The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Truman Dubeau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wesley Labossière in the 5th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Jarred Crête managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rorketon's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarred Crête was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brian Tisserand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute, Wesley Labossière got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Reaburn FC booed when Rorketon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gary Panetier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Wesley Labossière left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reaburn FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jarred Crête might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brian Tisserand. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jarred Crête ran back to his position shaking his head. Brian Tisserand was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Garland Schwartz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 27 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Garland Schwartz in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brian Tisserand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Valère AyotHayot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Garland Schwartz to strike the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes, Maxime Deserres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rorketon and the Reaburn FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Rorketon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maxime Deserres to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, Reaburn FC's Thad Koenig broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Valère AyotHayot kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Garland Schwartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Brian Tisserand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wesley Labossière recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantin Watson got free with Truman Dubeau in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wesley Labossière fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Truman Dubeau having to interfere. Rorketon's Truman Dubeau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Rorketon from getting a goal against them. Garland Schwartz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Reaburn FC's Brian Tisserand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garland Schwartz in the 80th minute of play. If Jarred Crête had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86thth minute of the game Jarred Crête who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reaburn FC's Brian Tisserand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Garland Schwartz struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Brian Tisserand didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rorketon. When Johnathon Dill fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Reaburn FC's protests and gave Johnathon Dill a yellow card for diving instead. Johnathon Dill hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Rorketon's Garland Schwartz got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Constantin Watson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Truman Dubeau having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Reaburn FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rorketon.
