Spectators: 6724 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Julio Bingham took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ivan Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Val Ewing in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, McMurray FC's goal looked a bit too open when Val Ewing came free, but Ivan Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Kimbrough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Julio Bingham came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the McMurray FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Bingham couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the game, Victor Couet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Murray Hernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victor Couet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Murray Hernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Julio Bingham managed to get in a good position for a shot. McMurray FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Julio Bingham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murray Hernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Bingham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Julian Shultz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Bingham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murray Hernandez having to interfere. Julio Bingham was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 32nd minute. McMurray FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Deangelo Armstrong during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, McMurray FC's Deangelo Armstrong got a free kick in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Val Ewing managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loverna AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Val Ewing was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Lopez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th minute, Victor Couet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murray Hernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Val Ewing made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Val Ewing in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Lopez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 55 minutes into the match, McMurray FC's goal looked a bit too open when Val Ewing came free, but Ivan Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Kimbrough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. McMurray FC's Ivan Lopez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save McMurray FC from getting a goal against them. When Julio Bingham came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the McMurray FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Bingham couldn't finish the play. Deangelo Armstrong was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Val Ewing in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Lopez saved McMurray FC from getting behind. Christian Kimbrough fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Lopez having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Christian Kimbrough notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of McMurray FC's Ivan Lopez. Ivan Lopez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th match minute, McMurray FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando House to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the game, Loverna AFC's Christian Kimbrough nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Lopez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.
