Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Forest Bisaillon to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Forest Bisaillon in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lyndon Stark prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Sammy Connolly managed to get in a good position for a shot. Griffin's supporters rose to their feet, but Sammy Connolly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lyndon Stark breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sammy Connolly could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Lyndon Stark made a huge save. Gary Shipman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lyndon Stark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Forest Bisaillon in the 94th minute of play. Griffin's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
