Jamaal Childs made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Michal Lawler sent off a good shot on target. Michal Lawler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jamaal Childs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grégoire Stoner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michal Lawler succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 45th playminute.

The referee ignored Finnegan FC's protests and gave Merrill Hansen a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th minute, Merrill Hansen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Finnegan FC's zone, Grégoire Stoner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jamaal Childs came out of the goal and Grégoire Stoner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Finnegan FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Raymond Braden hit a great ball. Grégoire Stoner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jamaal Childs having to interfere. Jamaal Childs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michal Lawler in the 76th minute of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Michal Lawler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Donalda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Michal Lawler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Michal Lawler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jamaal Childs was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Donalda FC had played much better football throughout.
