Dexter Libbys short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Romain Buckner to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bertram Zepeda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yakov Lukashov having to interfere. Dexter Libby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Romain Buckner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Shawn Bradshaw was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Denizlispor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mehan AFC the free kick. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Denizlispor! Gail Cardona hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The supporters of Mehan AFC booed when Denizlispor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Warren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bryan Kuhn hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. When Mehan AFC's Sebastian Stacy in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denizlispor's goalie prevented a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Sebastian Stacy made the kick off in the second half. The Denizlispor fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Denizlispor's Dexter Libby looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dexter Libby ran back to his position shaking his head. 76 minutes into the match, Denizlispor's Palmer Loiselle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Romain Buckner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Palmer Loiselle took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romain Buckner. Romain Buckner dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 87 minutes into the match, Mehan AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Palmer Loiselle came free, but Romain Buckner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Sebastian Stacy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jess Wilson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Stacy struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Yakov Lukashov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mehan AFC. Jess Wilson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yakov Lukashov having to interfere. Denizlispor's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
