Spectators: 6765 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jacob Doty started the match with the kick off. Yong Lott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barrett Corbeil having to interfere. With a little luck, Pritchard's Malcom Dailey got control of the ball when Robin Gee tried to sneak it across the goal line. Robin Gee could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Malcom Dailey made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robin Gee got free with Malcom Dailey in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the game, Jacob Doty cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Malcom Dailey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 23 played minutes Laval AFC got a freekick which was hit by Art Dufresne. The supporters of Laval AFC booed when Pritchard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loup Frye didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jacob Doty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barrett Corbeil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yong Lott, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yong Lott was the one to do the kick off. Laval AFC's Barrett Corbeil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yong Lott in the 55th minute of play. Gerard Hollis kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Robin Gee had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yong Lott was extremely unlucky when he, in the 63rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Robin Gee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malcom Dailey having to interfere. Laval AFC's Jacob Doty got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bobby Lazure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yong Lott recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Thomas Tabor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute, Jacob Doty got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robin Gee fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malcom Dailey having to interfere. After some careless play in the Pritchard defense, Arnoldo Bowen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Malcom Dailey. The Pritchard fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Malcom Dailey should have stopped the shot.
