Damien Lepage charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damien Lepage the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Damien Lepage hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Morris Pendleton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keith McCullough in the 9th minute of the match. Eustache Massey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylvain Hampton having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Keith McCullough kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Morris Pendleton. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Morris Pendleton made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Keith McCullough sent off a good shot on target. Keith McCullough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waylon Swanson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Rayford Bolduc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keith McCullough fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morris Pendleton having to interfere. Waylon Swanson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morris Pendleton having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Normandeau's goal looked a bit too open when Keith McCullough came free, but Morris Pendleton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eustache Massey to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keith McCullough in the 57th minute of play forced Normandeau's goalkeeper Morris Pendleton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64thth minute of the game Keith McCullough who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Normandeau's Morris Pendleton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Normandeau's goalkeeper Morris Pendleton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Waylon Swanson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sylvain Hampton didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 76th minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Boniface John managed to get in a good position for a shot. Normandeau's supporters rose to their feet, but Boniface John was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sylvain Hampton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Zehner AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustache Massey came free, but Sylvain Hampton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
