Spectators: 6737 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hershel Toth kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Normandeau's Graham Dickson got a free kick in the 8th minute. The long shot by Waylon Duranseau in the 9th minute really tested Morris Pendleton's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 10 minutes of play, Broadlands AFC's Eustache Loomis made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Morris Pendleton was left in no man's land by his defense there! Shaun Rhodes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustache Massey, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Normandeau's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ricardo Walls in the 16th minute. Marcellus Goff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shaun Rhodes having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Hershel Toth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hershel Toth in the 28th minute of play forced Normandeau's goalkeeper Morris Pendleton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Broadlands AFC's Hershel Toth was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 29th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Broadlands AFC's Randolph Howard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Morris Pendleton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Morris Pendleton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eustache Loomis went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Boniface John recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Morris Pendleton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustache Loomis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Broadlands AFC's Shaun Rhodes got control of the ball when Boniface John tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Boniface John had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Shaun Rhodes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustache Massey in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute, Boniface John got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eustache Massey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Shaun Rhodes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 80 minutes, Evrard Trujillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Normandeau and the Broadlands AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Normandeau's Evrard Trujillo got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Broadlands AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team.
