Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Percy Hernandez made the kick off which started today's match. Marcel Mathews made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hershel Dube in the 7th minute of play. Eldridge Oliver could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Loup Marcum made a huge save. In the 14th match minute, Bilby AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willie Pariseau to maneuver through the defense. If Eldridge Oliver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy Hernandez in the 17th minute of play forced Bilby AFC's goalkeeper Loup Marcum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Jamestown's Randolph Cross got a free kick in the 19th minute. Percy Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 36 minutes into the match, Bilby AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Percy Hernandez came free, but Loup Marcum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Bilby AFC's goalkeeper Loup Marcum had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eldridge Oliver. After having played for 44 minutes, Percy Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jamestown's supporters crossed their fingers, but Percy Hernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hershel Dube received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Marcel Mathews tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jamar McFarland made a kick off. If Jamar McFarland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hershel Dube sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes Jamestown got a freekick which was hit by César Maloney. In the 58th match minute, Jamestown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César Maloney to maneuver through the defense. Jamar McFarland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Marcel Mathews tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Percy Hernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Loup Marcum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jamestown's Marcel Mathews proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Jamestown from getting a goal against them. If César Maloney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hershel Dube recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Loup Marcum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eldridge Oliver in the 87th minute of play. Bilby AFC's Loup Marcum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Percy Hernandez in the 90th minute of play. Eldridge Oliver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Irwin Carrington kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Jamestown manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Bilby AFC to win.
