Spectators: 6747 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rodrigo Broussard kicked off to start the match. Norberto Manuel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas Boyd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mason Sanders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Broussard in the 6th minute of the match. When Dexter Harmon fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dodsland's protests and gave Dexter Harmon a yellow card for diving instead. Dexter Harmon kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robt Lépicier in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Norberto Manuel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 14 played minutes Dodsland got a freekick which was hit by Granville Goodson. Hung Parson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 15th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The supporters of Dodsland booed when Charlottetown AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Cartier didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Charlottetown AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Douglas Boyd came free, but Norberto Manuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charlottetown AFC's Norberto Manuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robt Lépicier in the 29th minute of play. Robt Lépicier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Norberto Manuel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Douglas Boyd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Norberto Manuel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. After 37 played minutes Charlottetown AFC got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Lamy. Douglas Boyd's late challenge caught a Charlottetown AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Douglas Boyd helped the player get up and apologised. Douglas Boyd kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Dodsland's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Broussard came free, but Mason Sanders reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Tod Addison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot 45 in the game by Israel Cartier from a close distance when the talented Mason Sanders managed to make a qualified save. Dodsland's players were relieved. If Rodrigo Broussard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Dodsland's Mason Sanders played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Cartier in the 51st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Israel Cartier managed to get in a good position for a shot. Charlottetown AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Israel Cartier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mason Sanders breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rodrigo Broussard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mason Sanders stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodrigo Broussard's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute, Herbert Lamy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mason Sanders showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Israel Cartier, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Dexter Harmon kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Dodsland's Tod Addison got a free kick in the 71st minute. Mason Sanders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Broussard in the 73rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Rodrigo Broussard sped through Dodsland's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mason Sanders. Rodrigo Broussard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mason Sanders read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Charlottetown AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
