53 minutes into the match, Souris's goal looked a bit too open when Robt Lépicier came free, but Jermaine Parr reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaston Ferguson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Mason Sanders made a huge save. Dodsland's Douglas Boyd got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Souris fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Souris's Quentin Sorensen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Dodsland's zone, Edmundo Harquin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mason Sanders came out of the goal and Edmundo Harquin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robt Lépicier in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jermaine Parr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mason Sanders came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Souris's Gaston Ferguson. But to his dismay, Gaston Ferguson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With his leg Mason Sanders managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Souris's Gaston Ferguson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Souris had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
