The audience was convinced that Rory Stratton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clyde Maher was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Cortez Adair received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ben Cooke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Etobicoke's Cortez Adair got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariano Marcus's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Clyde Maher skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mariano Marcus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clyde Maher having to interfere. Cortez Adair sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. NİNNAS's Ben Cooke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cortez Adair in the 42nd minute of play. Mariano Marcus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clyde Maher having to interfere. Ben Cooke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cortez Adair in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Etobicoke were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Sirois to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Cortez Adair ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ben Cooke was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Cortez Adair fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ben Cooke having to interfere. The supporters of Etobicoke booed when NİNNAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gil Fenton didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Ben Cooke managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Etobicoke's Cortez Adair fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mariano Marcus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th match minute, Etobicoke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luke Lilly to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute Rory Stratton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clyde Maher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rory Stratton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Clyde Maher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Jimenez kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Cortez Adair recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rory Stratton in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clyde Maher saved Etobicoke from getting behind. Rory Stratton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clyde Maher having to interfere. The NİNNAS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Etobicoke's performance. The match ended with a win for Etobicoke.
