Tracy Isaac could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Kim Short made a huge save. Efren Galloway stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Shea's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Daniel Shea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Efren Galloway tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Daniel Shea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Nobleford AFC's zone, Daniel Shea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Efren Galloway came out of the goal and Daniel Shea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tracy Isaac made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 22ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Kim Short would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Colebrook FC's zone, Tracy Isaac stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kim Short came out of the goal and Tracy Isaac tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the game, Andres Rhéaume was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nobleford AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colebrook FC the free kick. After 27 played minutes Nobleford AFC got a freekick which was hit by Andres Rhéaume. Kim Short made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Tracy Isaac sent off a good shot on target. Kim Short didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 30th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jackson Avalos during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Colebrook FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Nobleford AFC. Bradford Cartier stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kim Short. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Daniel Shea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colebrook FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Shea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efren Galloway breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vaughn Feldman charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vaughn Feldman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Colebrook FC booed when Nobleford AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vaughn Feldman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Efren Galloway showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Hickman, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Léon Hickman made a kick off. Daniel Shea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 56 minutes into the match, Nobleford AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Léon Hickman came free, but Efren Galloway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Nobleford AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vaughn Feldman to maneuver through the defense. If Léon Hickman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bradford Cartier charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bradford Cartier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Colebrook FC booed when Nobleford AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bradford Cartier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Shea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efren Galloway having to interfere. Daniel Shea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Nobleford AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Shea fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 81st minute, Léon Hickman fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Efren Galloway, passed just outside the right post. Efren Galloway was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Léon Hickman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Léon Hickman really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Efren Galloway made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Shea in the 87th minute. After having played for 88 minutes, Tracy Isaac managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nobleford AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tracy Isaac was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nobleford AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colebrook FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
