Spectators: 6715 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sam Cates took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Hubert Strickland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aubrey Kirkland saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Rodrigo Ybarra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hubert Strickland received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aubrey Kirkland came out and tried to block the shot, but Hubert Strickland slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. When Wabowden's Hubert Strickland in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Anyox FC's goalie prevented a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Wabowden's goal looked a bit too open when Sam Cates came free, but Orval Pariseau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sam Cates in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orval Pariseau saved Wabowden from getting behind. Dick Parker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orval Pariseau having to interfere. Aubrey Kirkland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Strickland in the 36th minute of play. Chung Holliday kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Wabowden were awarded a corner. Erik Bussière went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Wabowden's Erik Bussière to fire away a dangerous shot which Aubrey Kirkland despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sam Cates hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Sam Cates sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hubert Strickland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aubrey Kirkland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hubert Strickland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Anyox FC's zone, Hubert Strickland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aubrey Kirkland came out of the goal and Hubert Strickland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sam Cates fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orval Pariseau having to interfere. Rodrigo Ybarra's late challenge caught a Anyox FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Ybarra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Wabowden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Ybarra to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Dick Parker notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Wabowden's Orval Pariseau. Orval Pariseau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Rodrigo Ybarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78 played minutes Anyox FC got a freekick which was hit by Chung Holliday. Rodrigo Ybarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aubrey Kirkland having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Anyox FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hubert Strickland came free, but Aubrey Kirkland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match Wabowden got a corner. Anyox FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erik Bussière ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rodrigo Ybarra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aubrey Kirkland having to interfere. Hubert Strickland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Aubrey Kirkland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aubrey Kirkland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubert Strickland in the 94th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sam Cates in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orval Pariseau saved Wabowden from getting behind. A collision led to Wabowden getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Johnathon Mercer hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Anyox FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
