Oakville Oaks's Jean Gallegos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Oakville Oaks from getting a goal against them. Jean Gallegos made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Timmy Poole sent off a good shot on target. Bede AFC's Théophile Crowell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernard Roth in the 32nd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Florencio Dawson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Théophile Crowell. Bede AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florencio Dawson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ashley Lazure in the 38th minute of play forced Bede AFC's goalkeeper Théophile Crowell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bill McLain fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Théophile Crowell having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Bede AFC's zone, Bruce Guthrie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Théophile Crowell came out of the goal and Bruce Guthrie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bill McLain in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Théophile Crowell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 46 minutes into the game, Guy Titus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bede AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oakville Oaks the free kick. Guy Titus hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. If Bernard Roth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Oakville Oaks were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raleigh Olsen to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Clark McCracken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernard Roth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Théophile Crowell having to interfere. Théophile Crowell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clark McCracken, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute Bill McLain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Théophile Crowell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Oakville Oaks's Bill McLain ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Théophile Crowell. Théophile Crowell yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Théophile Crowell was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bernard Roth showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 82 minute of play. Bernard Roth struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Théophile Crowell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oakville Oaks. 87 minutes into the match, Bede AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Roth came free, but Théophile Crowell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guy Titus was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 89 played minutes Bede AFC got a freekick which was hit by Guy Titus. A collision led to Oakville Oaks getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Florencio Dawson hit a great ball. Bernard Roth succeeded in the game's 93rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. When the match was over Oakville Oaks could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bede AFC throughout the match.
