Spectators: 6740 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 0) Silcox FC's Connie Gentry started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Tom Parsons had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kasey Washburn. Silcox FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tom Parsons was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Tom Parsons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Nathanial Auger got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 17 minutes into the match, Silcox FC's goalkeeper Kasey Washburn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tom Parsons. If Connie Gentry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 minutes, Edmund Crawford mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mossbank and the Silcox FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 played minutes Mossbank got a freekick which was hit by Edmund Crawford. Mitchel Whitten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Ambrose, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tom Parsons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Carmelo Ambrose came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Silcox FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carmelo Ambrose couldn't finish the play. Nathanial Auger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Kasey Washburn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Tom Parsons managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mossbank's supporters rose to their feet, but Tom Parsons was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kasey Washburn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Silcox FC's Grady Guertin got a free kick in the 46th minute. Tom Parsons's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 48thth minute, Kasey Washburn skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nathanial Auger to make the kick off. Nathanial Auger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Kasey Washburn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Mossbank's Mitchel Whitten got control of the ball when Carmelo Ambrose tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carmelo Ambrose got free with Mitchel Whitten in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Silcox FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Benoit McGhee hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Connie Gentry in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mitchel Whitten saved Mossbank from getting behind. Mitchel Whitten made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Carmelo Ambrose sent off a good shot on target. When the referee ended the match the Mossbank players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
