Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ezequiel Woody in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Vaughn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dominique Levine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Vaughn having to interfere. Jasper Lyon charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jasper Lyon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Howick FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Jasper Lyon hit a great ball. Howick FC's Walter Vaughn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominique Levine in the 20th minute of play. Jasper Lyon kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After having played for 24 minutes, Ezequiel Woody managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piccadilly's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Woody was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Howick FC's Jasper Lyon got his second yellow card of the match in the 25th minute. The referee ordered Jasper Lyon off the ground. After a rather tough play, Howick FC's Jasper Lyon got a free kick in the 26th minute. Ezequiel Woody recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ezequiel Woody fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walter Vaughn having to interfere. Henry Barrett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano ForestLaforest having to interfere. Ezequiel Woody received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Walter Vaughn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Germain Saunders sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ezequiel Woody struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Walter Vaughn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piccadilly. If Henry Barrett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Mariano ForestLaforest managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Howick FC's Richie Albert fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After the first half Piccadilly were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henry Barrett was the one to do the kick off. Piccadilly's Donat Goldman got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mariano ForestLaforest made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Barrett in the 53rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donat Goldman got free with Walter Vaughn in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Henry Barrett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Mariano ForestLaforest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezequiel Woody in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Walter Vaughn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Henry Barrett's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mariano ForestLaforest read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Mariano ForestLaforest made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Barrett in the 76th minute of play. If Henry Barrett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute Carter Berthelette shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano ForestLaforest saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dominique Levine hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Howick FC's Walter Vaughn got control of the ball when Ezequiel Woody tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano ForestLaforest showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Barrett in the 88th minute of the match. Mariano ForestLaforest took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Barrett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Pulliam kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. With a little luck, Howick FC's Walter Vaughn got control of the ball when Ezequiel Woody tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Piccadilly supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Piccadilly would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
