Reynaldo Staley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eli Ingram recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francesco Brandt hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Routhierville FC's Rosario Hinds proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Routhierville FC from getting a goal against them. Warren Reece showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Staley, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Reynaldo Staley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Warren Reece tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eli Ingram fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rosario Hinds having to interfere. Warren Reece showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Staley, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute Reynaldo Staley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Warren Reece saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eli Ingram who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Rosario Hinds when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Hubert Labrosse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hubert Labrosse stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hubert Labrosse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Warren Reece tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Antione Cisneros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Routhierville FC defense, Eli Ingram kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rosario Hinds. The Routhierville FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rosario Hinds should have stopped the shot. Eli Ingram took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rosario Hinds. Rosario Hinds dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The supporters of Matador booed when Routhierville FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Larry Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matador's Warren Reece played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Labrosse in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Matador's Loren Deschamps got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Reynaldo Staley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Warren Reece tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Warren Reece managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Routhierville FC's Reynaldo Staley fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcus Darden blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rosario Hinds having to make a save. A collision led to Matador getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Murray Cuevas hit a great ball. Matador's Warren Reece proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Matador from getting a goal against them. Reynaldo Staley in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Warren Reece, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 95 minutes, Reynaldo Staley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Routhierville FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reynaldo Staley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 97thth minute of the game Hubert Labrosse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Matador's Warren Reece was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Matador fans cheered their team off the field, for while Routhierville FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
