Auguste Kent stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rainier Burrell's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Rivers's Miles Betts got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miles Betts was the one to do the kick off. Rainier Burrell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Auguste Kent having to interfere. Rivers's Rainier Burrell got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miles Betts showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Lucien Hickey hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Kingait's Jame Sanchez got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rivers played a much better game than Kingait and deserved their victory. The Kingait players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
