The referee ignored Mooyie AFC's protests and gave Aron Caouette a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th match minute, Mooyie AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aron Caouette to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, Mooyie AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Bonami came free, but Sydney Story reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mooyie AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
