After 23 played minutes Keene FC got a freekick which was hit by Dominique Anthony. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Graham McLean sped through Keene FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rick Charest. Francisco Painter kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Raphaël Steele succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 30th playminute. After some careless play in the Fontas defense, Raphaël Steele kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juste Pate. The Fontas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juste Pate should have stopped the shot. Fontas's Juste Pate proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Fontas from getting a goal against them. Juste Pate made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raphaël Steele in the 43rd minute. In the 43rd minute, Raphaël Steele reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Juste Pate. The goal made the score 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Graham McLean was the one to do the kick off. Graham McLean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 55 minutes, Graham McLean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fontas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Graham McLean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Graham McLean in the 68th minute of play forced Keene FC's goalkeeper Rick Charest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reuben Larocque hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute of the match Mikel Lind shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juste Pate showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Graham McLean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rick Charest having to interfere. Juste Pate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominique Anthony, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Del Fischer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Rick Charest made a huge save. Jonathon Pritchett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juste Pate having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, Keene FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikel Lind to maneuver through the defense. Onesime Ritchie's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rick Charest read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Keene FC's Seth Herndon got a free kick in the 90th minute. Fontas's Dion Sanford was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rick Charest in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 98 minutes into the match, Keene FC's goalkeeper Rick Charest had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Del Fischer. Keene FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
