Spectators: 6741 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonathon Pritchett started the match with the kick off. Warren Desnoyers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rick Charest having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Young AFC got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Babb. Jc Rubio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rick Charest having to interfere. If Raphaël Steele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17thth minute of the game Jonathon Pritchett who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Young AFC's Samuel Sloan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jc Rubio might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rick Charest. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jc Rubio ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jc Rubio in the 28th minute of play forced Keene FC's goalkeeper Rick Charest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Samuel Sloan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathon Pritchett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Raphaël Steele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Sloan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geoffroi Cardona charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geoffroi Cardona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Geoffroi Cardona hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Warren Desnoyers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Young AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Warren Desnoyers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rick Charest breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samuel Sloan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathon Pritchett in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Keene FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikel Lind to maneuver through the defense. Young AFC's Warren Desnoyers got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

After 51 played minutes Keene FC got a freekick which was hit by Dominique Anthony. Jc Rubio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Warren Desnoyers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rick Charest having to interfere. Rick Charest showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jc Rubio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Jonathon Pritchett might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Sloan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonathon Pritchett ran back to his position shaking his head. If Raphaël Steele had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 60 minutes into the game, one of Young AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Keene FC. Mikel Lind stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Samuel Sloan. 0-1. In the 70thth minute of the game Jonathon Pritchett who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Young AFC's Samuel Sloan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Jonathon Pritchett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Keene FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathon Pritchett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rick Charest stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jc Rubio's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the game, Young AFC's Warren Desnoyers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rick Charest made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Stevie Lincoln hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Jonathon Pritchett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Warren Desnoyers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 89 minutes of play Young AFC's Geoffroi Cardona was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Young AFC's Geoffroi Cardona got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 94 minutes, Stevie Lincoln mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Keene FC and the Young AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Keene FC! For all the effort they put into the match, the Keene FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Young AFC.
