Sydney Story was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Columbus D'Aubigné. 0-1 became the score in the 59th minute when Jc Rubio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jc Rubio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Sydney Story tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 67 minutes into the match, Mooyie AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jc Rubio came free, but Sydney Story reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
