Quentin Kinney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Demarcus Prince hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Masson AFC's Quinn Keene tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Tepee AFC's zone, Quentin Kinney stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Dykes came out of the goal and Quentin Kinney tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvin Solomon in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fernando Dykes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fernando Dykes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alvin Solomon in the 20th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Masson AFC's Quentin Kinney nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fernando Dykes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Renato Stockton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keven Robitaille, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Trent Giroux managed to get in a good position for a shot. Masson AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Trent Giroux was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Dykes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donatien Gale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renato Stockton having to interfere. Renato Stockton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donatien Gale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Donatien Gale was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Tepee AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Patrick Hartley hit a great ball. In the 73rd match minute, Tepee AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demarcus Prince to maneuver through the defense. When Alvin Solomon came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Masson AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvin Solomon couldn't finish the play. Renato Stockton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donatien Gale in the 81st minute of play. Loic Russell's late challenge caught a Tepee AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Loic Russell helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of Masson AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tepee AFC:s goal. The referee gave Tepee AFC a penalty, 88 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edwardo Owens, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Masson AFC's Renato Stockton. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvin Solomon in the 93rd minute of play forced Tepee AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Dykes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Masson AFC booed when Tepee AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demarcus Prince didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Dykes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvin Solomon in the 94th minute of play. The Masson AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tepee AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Tepee AFC.
